American musician and actor Awkwafina was the first to debut her sly lyrics that tackled issues of the issue of sexuality and race with boldly comedic perspective before broadening her presence to Hollywood. Nora Lum was born to Chinese Koreans living in Forest Hills Queens. Her initial exposure to music stemmed through the instrument of trumpet.
